Hi, this is Tyler Miller. He’s an Account Manager at Arcane Marketing and has been working in digital marketing since 2019.
Most of what he does comes down to building a plan a business can actually follow, then staying close enough to it that nothing quietly falls apart. Tyler is a relationship-first marketer, which is his way of saying he’d rather build a genuine connection with his clients than be a reporter.
Mostly he wants people to feel heard. He wants them to know the plan was built around their business and not pulled off a shelf. If part of the strategy doesn’t make sense, that’s his problem to fix, not theirs to decode.
Since 2019 Tyler has worked across a lot of different industries, including healthcare practices, automotive shops, dental groups, landscaping companies, vacation rentals, and e-commerce brands. The work has ranged from SEO content and site strategy to client reporting and building the internal systems that keep a team from reinventing the process every month. A wide range like that teaches you quickly that no two businesses want the same thing, even when they’re in the same industry.
He has certifications in Google Ads and GA4. In practice that means he can dig into an account himself, find out what’s happening, and explain it to a client in normal English instead of reading a dashboard out loud.
Tyler gets to do this work alongside a digital marketing team that actually cares how client work turns out. He’s been at companies where the values were a poster in the break room. This isn’t that. When people here talk about culture, or use the word family, they mean it, and he’s been surprised how much that shows up in the everyday stuff.
Tyler’s favorite quote:
Tyler lives in Ohio with his wife and their 4 dachshunds, so the house is loud and the schedule is tighter than you’d think. The bulk of his free time goes to drumming, painting, and local Street Fighter 6 tournaments. He loves learning new skills and finding new hobbies!
He’s also really into film. Get him talking about David Lynch or Akira Kurosawa and you’ll be fast friends!
