Cancellation of Services

An important reminder: a 30 day notice prior to your next recurring bill date is required to cancel services. *Your minimum term duration for services must be met first before you may cancel.*
If your next billing date is within the next 30 days of filling out this form, you will be charged 1 last time before the end of services. It’s important to note that we plan ahead on how funds provided to us are used. Some of our tasks can take multiple months to accomplish (this may be, and not limited to: content writing, content creation, landing pages, link acquisition, local citations, etc…). This time will allow us to wrap up all tasks and activities and provide you with all of the information, reporting, tasks, and credentials we’ve organized for you while in our servitude.
*If you still have remaining time or duration left on your minimum term agreement, you may cancel services prior to the minimum duration time with the agreement by paying 35% of your remaining total balance in the agreement term. Please see the digital marketing agreement that your organization has signed and agreed to.
