In order to effectively perform our work for your online marketing campaigns, we’re going to need access to the various accounts you may have already set up. Please provide us with the following information so that we can get a good head start. Note – we use highly secure Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption for our website. All information you supply in this form is encrypted once submitted. In order for us to fully take advantage of Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Google Search Console, we're going to need access to them. Use the links below to help you give us the access we need.

Do you have a Gmail Account?*

Existing Google Account Credentials*

Please provide your Google (Gmail) address. If we create any Google properties such as Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, we will share that access with you for full transparency of work.

No worries. We'll go ahead and create your new Google account for you. Once we have completed setting everything up, we'll give you your new Gmail address and password.

Bing (LIVE/Outlook/Hotmail)*

Please note - we may have to go through a security verification process to get access to your account. If this is the case, your account manager will arrange a phone call with you to help us get access.

Do you have a Google Ads account that we'll need access to so that we can manage your PPC campaigns?

How To Give Us Access To Google Ads*

Google Business Profile (Google Local/Google Maps)*

For every Google My Business Listing that we need to manage, we're going to need your help. Use the link below to find instructions on how to give us access to your Google My Business listings.

How To Add Users To Google My Business

We are going to need OWNER level management of the listings. This will allow us to add additional members of Arcane Marketing's staff to do things like add images, publish promotional posts, and completely fill out the listing. If you are uncomfortable with giving us that level or management, please make us MANAGERS. However, if you do, we will need you to go through this process again when we need to add other members from our staff to manage your listings.

Please note - Google typically requires us to verify the listing using a PIN number that is mailed to you via USPS. If this happens, we'll need to work with you to get the listing verified. We'll guide you through the whole process.
