This dental practice (now a DSO) offers multiple areas of services; general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry. They have a total of 7 dentists at their 3 different offices. Like most dental practices, they wanted to continue to grow (in revenue, patients, and service offerings) and felt like they had outgrown the benefits and capabilities that their past digital marketing agency could perform for them. Their performance stayed stagnant for over 9 months with little to no improvement coming from their digital marketing efforts. The primary goal was to increase the new weekly patient appointments so that they could open a 4th location in the near future.
We implemented several innovative strategies in their local markets that had not been suggested previously. This helped to improve their brand name recognition as well as reputation. The practice was about 6 years old when they started with Arcane Marketing. They had never previously done any digital marketing. We’ve implemented a new website, SEO, and PPC through Google Ads. However, in this case, their PPC campaign is designed to just be a remarketing campaign on Google only. This means they show ads to people who had previously visited their website but didn’t either make a phone call or fill out a contact form. It’s an attempt to potentially earn back a visitor and give them another chance to visit the website.
Traffic growth over the last few years has been amazing. They went from about 13 visitor to their website per day to now averaging about 160 visitors (organic) to their website per day.
One of the means for this dental practice to try to get traffic, prior to Arcane Marketing, was to make attempts at billboards, radio ads, TV ads, and newspaper ads. Believe it or not, they still had some phone book ads running. These forms of traditional media traffic actually drove their bounce rate of their website through the roof. Before too long we convinced them to stop these types of ads.
However, just as we’ve performed for many other dental practices and DSOs, we have increased their patient count and new patient opportunities coming in monthly. They were previously averaging around 15 new patients per month before Arcane Marketing. After almost 12 months of working with Arcane Marketing from specifically SEO and PPC – they were seeing an average of 58 new patients per month. Their Google PPC is actually working really well with targeted ads based on the specific pages visited and revenue is growing steadily month over month. With proper tracking in place (Google Analytics and GA4) it’s easy to recognize it’s from the actions and efforts from Arcane Marketing.
