Arcane Marketing and RizeX are the buying and acquiring companies. Terry Hansen and Hansen University are the selling and merging entities.

What corporate assets are being acquired by Arcane Marketing and RizeX?

RizeX has acquired an exclusive license to promote and distribute the educational and creative assets that Terry Hansen has developed and currently uses inside his Hansen University training programs. Additionally Arcane Marketing has acquired Terry Hansen’s portfolio of existing clients.

When did the merger and acquisition of Hansen University and Terry Hansen take place?

The final details of the purchase of Hansen University and the merger with Terry Hansen will be finalized during the week Nov 16-20, 2020. Terry Hansen’s first day in his new role with Arcane Marketing was on Monday, November 9, 2020.

Where are the corporate headquarters of Arcane Marketing and RizeX?

The offices of Arcane Marketing and RizeX are located at 675 E Anderson Street in Idaho Falls, Idaho. This will also be the new headquarters for Hansen University and Terry Hansen as well.

Why is this particular merger and acquisition so important to Arcane Marketing and RizeX at this time?

The acquisition of Hansen University and merger with Terry Hansen come at a time when Arcane Marketing and RizeX have experienced significant growth during the last 24 months. Because of this growth the need for additional world class talent and resources could never be greater.

Client Services will be responsible for maintaining consistent communication with each client, coordinating a unified approach between all marketing campaigns and serving as a single point of contact for its clients and their day-to-day marketing needs.

Will Terry Hansen be retiring or will he still be involved with Arcane Marketing?

Terry will NOT be retiring but will stay on with Arcane Marketing and serve as the new Director of Client Services.

What will Terry Hansen’s new role as Director of Client Services look like?

Terry’s new role will allow him to utilize his vast knowledge and experience in sales and marketing to serve the needs of Arcane Marketing’s clients. He will design and develop marketing strategies, manage client projects, determine project’s schedule, scope and budget, direct team members in meeting client objectives, manage client expectations, communicate with stakeholders, build and manage the client services team and more.

Will Terry Hansen continue to provide training and coaching on a weekly basis?

Terry will continue to provide corporate sales training and executive coaching through the RizeX organization to all existing and future clients. The schedule for the weekly training workshops is yet to be announced but will be forth coming shortly.
